Flight from Newark, NJ to Salt Lake City

Thursday, September 4 Visit the Grizzly Discovery Center to watch bears and wolves in their natural environments. The Center offers every visitor to Yellowstone a chance to uniquely experience the world of grizzly bears and gray wolves. All the animals at the Grizzly & Wolf Discover Center are unable to survive in the wild and serve as ambassadors for their wild counterparts. Before departing you will view an IMAX movie about Yellowstone. Guided Tour of Yellowstone National Park Your adventure today takes you thru the southern Geyser Basin, you will see Old Faithful and then head to Grants Village and the West Thumb, the Fishing Bridge and Norris Geyser Basin and more! Friday, September 5 Return to Yellowstone National Park this morning and visit the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, a perfect picture stop with water cascading down and carving ever deeper into the canyon walls. Next, enter scenic Hayden Valley and then travel south along Yellowstone Lake, where you will see an abundance of wildflowers and wildlife, elk, moose, deer and maybe even a bear! Enjoy a boxed lunch as you travel to Grand Teton National Park. Enjoy a guided tour of Grand Teton National Park. Rising above a scene rich with extraordinary wildlife, pristine lakes and alpine terrain, the Teton Range stands monument to the people who fought to protect it. Sunday, September 7 Visit Bryce Canyon National Park Hoodoos (irregular columns of rock) exist on every continent, but here is the largest concentration found anywhere on Earth. Situated along a high plateau at the top of the Grand Staircase, the park's high elevations include numerous life communities, fantastic dark skies, and geological wonders that defy description. This morning visit Bryce Canyon, famous for its worldly unique geology, consists of a series of horseshoe-shaped amphitheaters carved from the eastern edge of the Paunsaugunt Plateau. The erosional force of frost-wedging and the dissolving power of rainwater have shaped the colorful limestone rock of the Claron Formation into bizarre shapes, including slot canyons, windows, fins, and spires called "hoodoos."
